Here at VK Health Kitchen, the main goal with our meal delivery service is to provide access to healthy prepared food that tastes great. You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself and transform your life, without the hassle. Here’s how we go about it:
1. SELECT YOUR GOAL
You can choose a delicious weekly meal plan in just a few minutes. Start with the meal plan to suit your dietary goals – Bulk, Burn, Balance or Plant Based.
2. PICK YOUR MEAL PLAN
Next choose how many days you would like to have our chefs cook your lunch and dinner – 3 days, 5 days or 7 days, all options come recommended as 2 meals per day. Don’t worry you can add more meals for the extra hungry.
3. DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
Next choose to have the meals delivered for a small fee or collected from our restaurant. Our delivery and collection days each week are Monday and Thursday so that you have fresh meals all week. Please note that orders for Monday must be in by 12pm Friday and orders for Thursday must be in by 12pm Tuesday.
4. AWAIT YOUR MEALS
Lastly get out and enjoy that run, go hard in the gym or just sit back and relax while our professional chefs cook your meals for the week.
